Capabilities

Machining
 

We currently offer 3 axis CNC machining for parts up to 10" X 24" X 8". We can machine aluminum, steel, stainless, plastics, and more.

CNC GANTRY MILL
 

For larger parts, up to 48" X 96" X 6". we offer CNC gantry milling service. This is great for large panels and sheet metal. It's also great for fiberglass and carbon fiber foam bucks and molds. 

Welding and Fabrication
 

We currently offer MIG and TIG welding services for mild steel, stainless, and aluminum. Our welder holds an Aerospace Welding degree from Calhoun and the owner has over 10 years experience in manual and robotic welding. 

Design Services

 

We have over 15 years experience designing and engineering manufacturing, testing, assembly, automotive, and aerospace equipment. We offer a variety of mechanical engineering design services including tooling and fixturing design, design for manufacturablilty, 3D scanning and reverse engineering, and more.
